Member Services:
Good Standing Members of Salem Woods are entitled to use of our amenities. The heart of our neighborhood is a 25-acre lake. A 3 ½ acre park includes boating, fishing, picnicking, walking, horseshoes, grills, playground equipment, plus much more. Throughout the year we sponsor events such as family fun day, kids Halloween and Easter parties, clean up days, National Night Out, plus other activities. To see our schedule, see the calendar below.

Codes and Compliance Issues:
If you have a complaint about a property, please send your complaint to salemwoodshoa@gmail.com. Please include the address of the property in violation. Your information will not be shared with anyone except the Salem Woods Board of Directors.
Architectural and Beautification Guidelines:
If you are planning construction or making modifications to your property such as taking down trees, building a fence, putting up a satellite dish, etc., please review our Guidelines and if necessary obtain permission before starting your work.

Board of Directors:
The Board of Director's for the Salem Woods Homeowners Association consists of Home Owners within Salem Woods. This all-volunteer board meets monthly and conducts 4 general membership meetings a year. These meetings are conveniently held at schools, libraries, or in our park. Meeting dates, times, and locations can be found on our calendar below. At these meetings, committee heads discuss issues and progress of each committee.
